This video has been so very helpful and important to me through this journey Through being constantly over-dependant on others' validation, I knew I could never truly be comfortable and confident in who I am through constant bandaid solutions I'm putting my foot down now, and putting in the work to love myself, and not take any shit from anyone anymore We're all so much stronger than we know, and this video was one of the most important pieces of media that have gotten me to that point Even in my moments of self-doubt, and hatred, I can sit with my emotions and remember that I deserve love Thank you so much for making this video We're all going to make it, and we're all going to be okay

This has been my problem all along and this video really helped with it I went down a rabbit hole of using "self-improvement" as a cope for my trauma with conditional love I listened to all these creators and thought if I did all of what they said, I would be a good human being Now I've gotten out of that mindset and saw the false beliefs and found the real problems Thank you for sharing your experience and helping all of us heal
