I'm sorry, I can not do this i just can't bring myself to be kind to myself, let alone stop the "negative" talk, as i dont really believe in negatives or positives As long as I am a mistake, I can not bring myself to love myself The mere thought of that makes me cringe

You are a Godsend, I needed someone like you who is a therapist but rooted in God I’m sorry but most of these Christian channels don’t give helpful advice when it comes to how to love your self or how to stop struggling with anxiety because the answer is always “read your word” and it aggravates me I just started watching your channel and I love it!❤ God bless you and your family
