I live in Ireland so any whiskey, Irish or otherwise, seems to cost a lot these days, at least compared to most other places I'm sure you can get Powers cheaper in the US than you can in Ireland

Funny, as I'm watching this in April 14 2023 I realized I purchased a bottle of Laphroaig 10 at Costco 6 years ago (2017) for about $3600, today at the liquor store it was $6500, every whiskey review I watch that was done pre-covid has gone way up!

Probably best to a have several bottles and to be able to compare and appreciate the different flavors, aromas, notes, etc just about to finish a Bowmore 12 which I really like
