I already gave him three weeks probationary period cleaning the parking lot The first time he interacted with one of the customers he had to get fired Now if the customer interacts with him first it's a different story I have had many people like this guy working under me Guidelines and proper pay is what keeps this guy happy I once was a guy similar to this But once one person gave me a reason to trust myself I survived and thrived Things can always get better but that's the longest I'm alive I promise I fight to not make it worse #FightFightFight
