Hey, great info! But do you know if I'm going to buy a house with a bank loan, how many months do I need to wait or have the money for the down payment and closing costs in the account after opening the LLC? Because a bank agent told me that a needed 2 years of income in the company, plus 2 years of taxes proof in order to approve the loan
