Hi for a guaranteed loan, is it true only immediate family members can live in the house with you? Is there a way to get extra money to be able to revamp and remodel a home for your first time home buyers? I was just looking at a house that needs the whole thing redone on the inside It's really low priced and I would be able to afford the house payment I would not have anything down or closing costs My credit score is in the 700s I have worked my butt off to get that so I could get a permanent home But living on Social Security I live paycheck to paycheck I do have a part-time job which I would have to find something in that area if I did get this place
