Wow! This seems like a well thought out way of determining how much each household should have! It's not 1 size fits all, great criteria for determining your needs based on your own situation and circumstances! Thanks for the video!!!!

LOL! Okay so the first time, I heard you say “if your car is older than you are” 🤣😂🤣 I had to do a quick rewind to realize I may be crazy, or was raised with really old (not antique, just old) cars 😄 The video was great, thank you!

@slCHARACOUNSELING
Hello from Texas This is an interesting question In 2017 and again in 2019 our home flooded and we lost everything We lost the travel trailer we lived in while repairing our home from Harvey and my paid off Kia So $1,000 seems woefully insufficient I like your formula, this helped me a lot Thank you for your channel, you truly have the heart of a teacher
Comment from : @slCHARACOUNSELING

@Gitanarosa
$4500 for me and I might add $500 more for international travel to Mexico 🇲🇽

This is a great idea! For my personal emergency fund I'm going to include an amount for co-pays With my health insurance plan I have to pay $7000 copays when I see a specialist I see one specialist every three months Knowing that- I will plan ahead now Seems like a no brainer but I sure didn't think to do it until I listened to your video several times! Thank you for these videos!

@JanelleJnewstudio
I have a $1000 emergency fund as well as 3 months of expenses saved My goal is 6 months to feel comfortable and I have a reach goal of 12 months of expenses (plan to hit this in a couple) I had about 5 months saved at one point this year but I decided that paying off some credit card debt that was annoying me made better sense since I have a bit of job security Did all this as a single parent so I’m pretty proud Just found your channel and I just love your videos 💜

@SFergu-qw6lh
Hi, for my starter emergency fund i chose $5000 I chose 1000 for each person my house to make i had a good amount just in case anything happened Just 1000 did not seem good enough for my family in case something happened
Comment from : @SFergu-qw6lh

@MsValove4
I can actually say you're the real deal You don't know how much you've helped me in clearing my debts and saving money You are appreciated Greatly
Comment from : @MsValove4

@Queenkeevs
This is so helpful It’s hard to know what to plan for in a emergency Fund I just paid my deductible to have my car repaired so this def hit home for me We’ve also had to take our dog to the vet twice within a few months time so that also resonates Sadly we were not financially prepared for any of these expenses That’s now our main focus Do you suggest a timeframe for building the ER Find? I was thinking 3-6 months realistically based one our income Thank you 😊 BTW, you are absolutely gorgeous! ❤️
Comment from : @Queenkeevs

@ocupass2003
That's is a great idea will be trying this Maybe if someone wants to go back to school how much do you think they need for it
