This video really helped me, especially at a time of starting to work on myself I wanted to better my comprehension skills, vocabulary, and attention span While watching this video I took notes, and subconciously at times I entered a flow state Everytime I heard a new word in this video, I googled it, and taught myself how to use the word I found myself watching the entirety of this video without feeling like I needed to go on to another task The mix of all these things including finding it a bit challenging due to my anxiety of, "can I do this?" When I stopped, just did what I came for this video for I really did learn a lot about how to achieve the flow state, and even sometimes entered it during the video myself Thank you for this helpful video, brEinzelgänger

flow state isnt he art of thinking its the art of optimizing yourself to the point of being a machine, you reduce your thinking to the basic yes/no decision making process its the same with computers if your RAM and CPU are preoccupied with many processes they slow down, when you close the unnecessary processes they speed up stupid people have it way easier entering that flow state in fact some of them probably live in it half their life without realizing, true geniuses

I think for me, the flow state is achieved when I envelop myself in a task that I genuinely enjoy, down to the bone I will take reading as an example I started reading a new self help book (Think and Grow Rich for those who may be curious) and right off the bat, the book had me in the flow zone I could not put the book down and I genuinely enjoyed all the time I spent reading it I think the flow state comes when we as a person, enjoy doing a task that can fully envelop us in the now and feel good about doing in our core Or, something like that
