I’ve done all of your YouTube workouts in the last 3-4 months at least once or twice each, and this is still one of my favs! It’s just fun, a challenge, and gets me sweaty and breathing every time lol good on a tired day and good on a fired up day!

I remember doing this workout 5 years ago while I was overweight in high school I kept it up til I got skinny enough and forgot about it Coming back and doing it again hearing him say and express those same words, counting in mandarin, and finishing with that flip, this is nostalgia Still a tough ass workout

First time doing this workout, been going hard working out every morning and evening I actually lost 60 pounds since around october of last year This workout absolutely obliterated me, I’m a rookie and am proud to say I completed 26 minutes of this workout, I could not finish it at once but I intend to before the day is over Thank you for this video!!!
