I was feeling angry today and felt like I wanted to punch/kick something So I punched/kicked the air with Jake, and after a while it gave me some perspective and helped me see a new side of what's going on in my life I've been wanting to start working out, it really helps with stress I hope to work out at least twice a week with videos like this
