When I first started this I thought it was going to be too easy compared to the other YouTube workout I've been doing I stuck with it, and it felt easier than my usual routine the whole time, but I worked up three times the sweat!!! Love it!

Whew! A brilliant 20 mins! I'm currently far more movtivated to do a 20-min session than 30, and with one like this, I don't think I'm mussing much by not doing 30! And yes to PJ's to birthday suit!!!
