I like the video It is a big debate And i agree many factors play Im still earning and learning So im renting I got a awesome landlord Great price & there is option to buy im not planing to buy this one im in tho i have eyes set on a house that's not available at the moment (which my great grandfather built ) so renting has been good for me over all i plan to own a good bit of Real estate so the houses i reallllly wantbr i am now planning to flip houses so i can work my way up im extremely handy & equipped brAnd you been realllly helping me open my mind more about things and confirm on some things i been pondering about really admire what you are doing And you are for sure very motivational for me someone proud to tell people i lisson to thanks again dan !

In this time of pandemic, having our own house is much better than renting In our country, a lot of people lost their jobs and have to move out since they have no money to pay Owning a house rather than renting is already a huge help However, i admit that in a stable economy, minus the pandemic, renting first than buying a property right away seems to give you more option to scout for suitable homes

Definitely it is ultimate waist of money , the cash oneself rent with it if calculated could easily get them to buy a house or a flat even if it is simple in some point of life you can but to rent the premises you bought and use it as an investment and that gurantee financial stability more cash coming in and less waisted
