Comment from : @wilsonpan0912 |

I have no idea about neuroscience or the reason behind this but this seemed very similar to me like how sometimes we refresh or restart our phones, maybe even optimize them, in that process the phone program focuses on the internal system for a few seconds and after that, our phone starts working better/smoother brSo maybe it's the same scenario with our brain too? Just a hunch Comment from : @laiba_hussain3169 |

i should also add that multiple monitors, which is becoming more and more trendy in offices across the world (probably pushed by dell and other monitor makers to sell more) is not guaranteed efficiency Constantly having to move your head and gaze all over the place can break concentration the people that seem to do well are probably already above average intelligent and can compensate for itbrbrif you must, just have two monitors situated to the right and left but touching to minimize the amount of head movement, or even better request one BIG monitor if you can because windows new "snap" feature is far more productive (imo) because you can have multiple windows on ONE monitor without having to avert your gaze or move your neckfar more effective Comment from : @dragonchr15 |

Very important part of this video btw is that if youre into sports or competitive video games, the panoramic vision is absolutely massive and i believe its one of the requirements to hit flow state Flow state generally is just multiple things lining up in your brain at the same time that make you perform near perfect at what you’re doing and the belief is that also the thing you’re trying to perform must be about equal skill to achieve flow Now what you can do to be consistent is practice panoramic vision while youre playing sports (basketball for me) or video games and most things will start to feel more consistent Maintaining that level of focus for longer durations is a skill in it of itself Comment from : @NovaTheSusGod |
|
We call it mindfulness!brThank me now Comment from : @Psychologywithmubashir |
