Don’t forget based on political climate you can still go to jail by following procedure, it’s a combination of legal exposure potentially dying on the job and high demand There needs to be more political insulation, reward better cops and more severe punishment for bad ones Have more outreach in terms of creating a positive view of law enforcement These are societal changes that are important but nearly impossible without the right leadership which seems very unlikely because of the present corruption
