I agree that Morgans are about as cool as they come Generic rounds are exactly that, generic, which equals boring to me However, I definitely watch the premiums on them and wait until they drop or I find even a small deal Comment from : @runningcreekcustoms5265 |

Now that silver is 32$ does your opinion change ? Comment from : @benwasserman411 |

I only stack pure silver It’s not even a hobby to me it’s a responsibility Not a chore, it’s fun, but I feel like it’s something I must do, like reading or lifting weights No painted coins, no graded/slabbed coins, no collectible stuff just ASE’s, generic rounds, and 10oz or bigger bars brbrI collect Morgans as a hobby The same way people collect comic books, sports cards, hot wheels, funko pops, etc To me this is fun It’s the only junk I “stack” or the only coin I “collect” brI don’t consider it as a part of my stack and it’s the only silver I admit to collecting if I’m ever asked about my hobbies Comment from : @mdavid32 |
Most of those coins are low grade circulated Morgans Comment from : @1998gst4611 |

I'm with you on stacking Morgans Yes, go ahead and buy 10 of them, get it out of your system They are NOT good for accumulating silver Comment from : @alanpecherer5705 |
With silver over 31$ would melt not be around 2790$? Comment from : @marvingish2517 |
i have been buying precious metals for 15 years and the biggest misconception is it an "investment" unless you are buying thousands of dollars at a time, precious metals are NOT an investment, they might be a small asset if the dollar collapses, you will need thousands of OZ of silver and gold to make any meaningful difference a more important commodity will be ammo Comment from : @allisonsmith9050 |
I'm 82 yrs old have done better w 90 scrap But at 5-6,$ you could get Morgan's yrs ago and there 25$ now Comment from : @dondesnoo1771 |

If you're a true stacker, you're looking for the best bang for your buck With that said, I do love the feel and history of Morgan dollars I don't get that from generic rounds or bars Comment from : @FrankThomasHOF |
I don't like Apple or Mac products but I Curate Computers so I Keep great Examples of those Computers brbrI do Like Morgan's and Peace Dollars solely for the Numismatic Value I also stack with the Value of Silver in Mind brbrAll in All , It's Fun and it is a Savings that Keeps up with Inflation over Time brbrThe Idea as one gets older is to Die Peacefully and Leave the Value to Decedents to Help clean up your Mess after your done Here Comment from : @QuaaludeCharlie |

Silver eagles are pure silver 1 ounce Morgans are 90 silver meaning they contain 7734 ounces of silver I would mostly keep the Morgans on the numismatic side unless they are super slicks Comment from : @_CYB0RG_ |
Silly attempt to force a false dichotomy between stacking and numismatics Morgans are money End of story Comment from : @ulexite-tv |
You should absolutely collect them or stack them or whatever you want because the knowledge you will gain along the way is priceless Comment from : @Kingleosgold |
Personally I want to stack the Morgan silver dollar but not for the silver I want to preserve the actual coin They are not being made anymore so I figure their value goes up as more people melt them down for silver content Comment from : @stevengoodnight9894 |
I love Morgan’s I love building a collection of them separately from my stacking side Comment from : @techendeavor7827 |
Love peace and Morgan’s I’m going to start stacking those with my junk as opposed to silver eagles They interest me way more than eagles for similar govt bullion Comment from : @DakotahMiskus |

I just recently picked up ten Morgans at a local pawn shop for $3250 each Eight of them were dated 1800s, all eight in AU or better condition Two were 1921 and not as nice, but still not bad I'd say the 1921 Morgans were VF or better Comment from : @therealhawkeyeii7888 |
For me, it comes down to liquiditybrIv been burned on silver when it's time to sell Eagles, Morgans are a favorite Comment from : @stevewitt135 |
I buy Morgans to get massive dopamine hits It matters not if they are culled, or perfect It is basically a numismatic masterpiece to mebrMy grandmother gave me my first Morgans just before she left this world They remind me of the undying love that she had for me, and I still have for her Comment from : @copperbones7336 |
It wouldn't be any fun not having a tube🤷♂️ Comment from : @lovetogun3611 |
I'm a stacker only and only go for weight of silver I do have a good amount of junk silver, but stay away from Morgan's and peace dollars In lcs the price is to much for the weight But I might get a few for examples like I did with 40 half dollar Kennedys Comment from : @frankquigley995 |
Both collectible and 90 silver Hard to beat Comment from : @tedlawrence4189 |
Silver dollars of any kind aren't really great for stacking, but they are good for stacking The reason(s) are many (1) I believe in diversity within my stack (2) I like to keep my stack proportional, which means that if I have 10 Morgans, I have 10 Peace, 40 half dollars divided as evenly as possible between Kennedy, Franklin, and Walk Liberty halves I also would have 80 Washington quarters and 200 dimes divided evenly between Mercuries and Rosies (3) Silver dollars almost always command a higher price, often well over the spot price of Silver (4) The nature of the coins means that while not all good condition Silver dollars are highly collectible, they become more collectible and more rare with each passing year, thus automatically adding to their value over time (5) They still add genuine Silver weight to my stack (6) I believe their ability to preserve the wealth I've spent in purchasing them will vastly outweigh any premium that I paid to get them (7) Also, when selling these in any quantity, large or small, Morgan and Peace dollars are excluded form any reporting requirements (8) 90, Junk, or Constitutional Silver is probably the best overall Silver to make up the base of your Silver stack in my opinion As such, having Morgan and Peace dollars is pretty much a must Comment from : @veritasfiles |
I’m Morgan crazy right now Comment from : @conspiracystacker |

lol, morgans shot up 20x 1979-1982 from $50 for a BU CC to $600 Morgans are also protected by the pre 1933 pitman act THE BEST SILVER INVESTMENT! Govt backed too! Comment from : @platinum2889 |
I’m 70 coins into a full Morgan collection in Fine condition using the Dansco albums Pretty fun! And when I’m done I might upgrade a few for cleaner copies, but it’s fun and a bit ambitious I enjoy flipping through the pages and feel the weight of the coins Something cool to pass down as not everyone spends that much to do what I am out to finish Comment from : @tho464 |
what got me into silver stacking was I found a 1882 Morgan and a few other silver coins on a job and fell in love with it ever since Comment from : @handduggraverdronline |
I bought my Morgan for $2750 It’s a xf, good deal? Comment from : @CoineeJake |
According to ANACS 80 of Morgan Dollars have been cleaned !!!!!!!!!!!!! Comment from : @TobaccoRowe1960 |
It's important to learn how to identify cleaned and counterfeit coins, especially when buying raw Morgans with any numismatic premium brbrIt's also fun to hunt for/cherry pick Morgans on the cusp of major condition rarity premiums, such as the 84-S in AU50, 53, 55, and 58 grades Comment from : @swilliams937 |
Nice collectionbrOne day I might buy one or two Comment from : @NCstacker |

📽️👍👍👍👍💪 Comment from : @janiskar7892 |

I feel those who would allow the market dynamism to determine when to trade or not are either new in space generally or probably just naïve, the sphere have seen far worse times than this, enlightened traders continue to make good use of the dip and pump even acquiring more equities towards trading sessions, I'd say that more emphasis should be put into trading since it is way profitable than hodling Trading went smooth for me as I was able to raise over 114 BTC when I started at 15 BTC in just a few weeks implementing trades with signals and insights from Richard, I would advise y'all to trade your asset rather than hodl for a future you aren't sure about or hold it and risk losing allI left his contacts in the comment below take care! Comment from : @gevionshriken2442 |
Treasure Town I like to buy Morgan Dollars not to stack but to buy from Carson City from About Good to Extremely Fine is $190 a good range? Also I've experienced for myself I haven't bought silver because of inflation and I'm not getting much premium back I use to not care about inflation now I do because the supply of silver is drying up so I'm sort of in a quandary Comment from : @jrtjonathanwinchell3955 |
I do love the USA Morgan Dollar as a coin collecting item Would love to have all the S minted years only missing the 1893S and 1895S minted coins(rarer dates of the S minted Morgan coins) The size and look of both sides appeal to me Comment from : @kenmckinley1526 |
I stack them I also stack 90 junk Silver prices go down, but Morgan’s hold value… Comment from : @switch176 |

Yeah I think they're viable to stack when you can find them for great prices I'm working on a combo tube of morgs and peace So far all from cull boxes, but none cull, even some AU Comment from : @shufflesilver |
Oh there is no good reason to buy Morgan dollars Period If you are investing in silver, you can find much lower premiums If you're investing in numismatics, Morgans are the most overpriced numismatic coins in the world Comment from : @WondyCoin |
I don't know this video was a little confusing, admittedly I wasn't paying 100 attention I kinda got from you that they have to be in good condition What if you are just buying for silver content I am just buying them for silver? I don't need to have beautiful ones to sell to a dealer do I? Thanks Comment from : @KrispyCoins |
I don’t stack them but Love the history of how they came to be I wonder how many pockets got worn out at the turn of the century toting them around🙂 Thanks for the video Comment from : @laughingcanine |
Back in 2020 I stacked several tubes of BU Morgan’s from my LCS and coin shows at the time $40-$45 That turn out to be a good move! Comment from : @silveramorestackeranthony6671 |
Don’t stack Morgan but collect! I think when you bought these Morgans yourself, majority you would not consider to stack them because of crazy premium regardless you have coin business or not Comment from : @ACE_ |
I focus on 1921 p,d,s I have been finding BU examples for 35-40$ in auction, it's gambling I sometimes hit a ms64 Works for me Comment from : @firstcavcoins3554 |
Please forgive my subject ignorance I started collecting 2 yrs ago & my knowledge is based from books I was wondering why the value of some of the Morgan's picked out to show better are less than what I've read? I'd appreciate any books or resource recommendations you could suggest I appreciate the information shared on your videos & have gained much valued numismatic information Thank you for sharing your experience & much valued time Comment from : @peggykimbro2748 |
