Something I’ve noticed 1921 Morgan culls and Peace dollar culls are usually way higher grade than pre 21 Morgan culls They didn’t circulate like the older ones did, just something to keep in mind when buying for bullion/stacking Comment from : @chaunceyhart1346

I don't "stack" Morgans, rather I collect them even knowing that I will never be able to afford a complete set, ESPECIALLY in MS60 Those are typically ugly coins when an AU58 that may be technically worth less, but in many cases appear nicer at least with casual, unmagnified viewing If the world ends, and their numismatic value goes away completely, to render them no more valuable that the most common ASE or even rounds of similar silver content than I'll never get my money back, but if that happens, I suspect getting my money back from my numismatically valuable- though in my case, the most expensive Morgan I have is $1,100 and that's if it'll slab in the MS66 state I think is accurate "Just" getting a 65 cuts that value in half, despite the reality that even experienced coin people can have honest disagreements on which grade, if either, it deserves Comment from : @kevykevTPA
