Unfortunately, some companies fudge their numbers And your equipment and especially your room can have a big impact on how speakers sound I use Aerial Acoustics speakers, a little known company out of Massachusetts Incredible speakers Comment from : @gregbartley2475 |
I have a pair of Aperion supper tweeters I love them Comment from : @donnieray746 |

You must live in the city, try living in rural America and finding a store that carries speakers to "check out first" the closest store to me that carries decent speakers is about 200 miles away All you'll find here is the crap Walmart carries inhouse and that not much more than a couple of cheap sets of computer speakers Comment from : @DM-sg3cj |
With the prices of some speakers these days, I'm wondering why people dont use pro audio speakers like used on stagebrI am a pro musician and believe me when I say the sound is the most important thing to mebrI guarantee you can get incredible sound for around 600 for your L/R speakers and another 6-800 for a sub and you would be able to entertain the entire neighborhood with the amount of volume you can get Comment from : @BillyBlaze7 |
Nice detailed explanations, i mostly would like to have a dolby atmos set up mainly for music, i love warm sound signature, full sounding bass, deep extended bass, crisp, immersive, clear mids & highs, are sealed or ported subwoofers better for my choices above, what are there pros & cons? Comment from : @Woofer-Man |

I can't decide wheat to choose 8 ohms or 6 ohms IMO 8ohm speaker should be better with deeper sounds (bass) but more silent than 6ohm? I'm I misunderstand it? How to choose? I prefer deep basses Comment from : @aleksandartodorovic7996 |
I've had my Infinity Beta 50's and C360 since 2005 I fell in love with the sound at the circuit city soundroom, and even more when I auditioned them in my homebrbrI haven't been able to find substantial upgrades without tripling the price per speaker Comment from : @32toddv |

This is useless for my simple brain I don’t want to learn every little thing about speakers Just want advice on what’s good to buy Comment from : @DragonKastle |
I just switched to Costco’s Onkyo tx nr6050 after to dead Denon 760 Within the last year I was thinking of getting these speakers which are on sale to replace my 71 Polk speakers I bought in 2006 I know if I hook up the upward firing speakers I loose my back surround sound speakers Which I enjoy My question is there a way to have those still plugged in along with the upward speakers, and just change the settings to either the newer Dolby speakers or the back surround speakers Depending on the content I am watching? And frankly right now I have much more content 71 movies than the newer speakers Thanks for the info Comment from : @jeffwagner1649 |
Klipsch does not measure sensitivity as other makers They almost always as over stated by 4-6db, while the are still highly sensitive they typically are really in the 92db range Comment from : @hdtvkeith1604 |
Thanks for the very informative video The audio was clear and a consistent volume, however the constant zomm in and zoom out was very annoying Please consider that for future videos Comment from : @mmansf1234 |
Watch out for sensitivity of Klipsch - it is measured differently than other speaker manufacturers do So, the comparable sensitivity is not as high as Klipsch states Comment from : @mzmz9355 |
What is the recommended reciever that will accommodate klispch speskers? Comment from : @2KRICHKID |

Very helpful video! Regarding speaker stand height, what's your opinion on the 'ideal' height (is there such a thing) - is it aligned with the conventional wisdom of tweeter height at ear level? I've watched a few videos and some suggest placing it higher than ear-level, and there's also a small minority that advocate for below ear level I am looking at the Q150 speakers - and the manual for the Q150 suggests 18" - 24" (45-60cm) speaker stands - that seems awfully low and would be below ear level if I sit on my (or any conventional) couch But the KEF designers/engineers surely must have put this in the manual for a reason? Does this mean they designed or voiced the Q150s in a way that aligns with 18" - 24" and therefore it would be prudent to strictly stick to getting stands within 18 - 24"? If not, should I go with 28" or 32" inch? 32" would be putting it at or just 1" above ear level I'd say, but given how conservative KEF were in their manual, I was wondering whether 28" would be a better choice too Any advice here would be so helpful! Thank you Any advice here would be so helpful! Thank you Comment from : @itsdannyftw |

Pretty good video although it’s laughable that you reference Klipsch with their high sensitivity Klipsch is well known for fudging the sensitivity numbers of their speakers I wouldn’t reference Klipsch if I was going to talk about a manufacturer that has high sensitivity speakers Comment from : @od40k77 |

New sub here Very good info Ever worked on putting a Dolby Atmos system in a vehicle? Specifically a custom van build? I understand that it would need to be run off of 110 and not 12 volt Comment from : @AIRVLife |

Is it a coincidence that SVS speakers have a similar design as DALI and that the logo also has a similar style? Is it just a coincidence or? Comment from : @Andersljungberg |

Do you see any advantage to speakers with nominal impedance at 4 ohms vs 6 vs 8? It seems that most AVRs these days have a 6 or 8 ohm ratingbrbrLogan had to have added the thunder Seems up his alley Fun! And the echo Fun as well! Subtle, but it adds character brbrSVS is a great company I cannot believe how hard their subwoofers kick I look forward to upgrading soon The PB-2000 kick my chest - I can’t imagine their larger subwoofers 🔊 brbrGood video Thanks for the info! Comment from : @TorinTPG |

I'm not sure why but no one seems to address 4 ohm vs 8 ohm speakers, are there any pros and cons to each one? Do they sound the same? Why are car audio speakers always 4 ohms? Comment from : @RickyG512 |
