It is now Nov, 2024 and EVERYONE thinks that because of inflation, that means the UD$ is in the dumps I keep having to tell people "THE US$ HAS NEVER BEEN STRONGER IN THE LAST 20 YEARS!!!" The British pound is still only $130 (historically around $175) and the Euro has finally come up to $109 after dropping BELOW the US$ last year for the 1st time since the early 2000s The Euro has typically been around $145 (or more) since 2006 Why? Because HIGH interest rates REDUCE THE MONEY SUPPLY!brIf the Fed was "printing money" during COVID and interest rates were 00, what have they been doing since 2022 when they were RAISING interest rates? BURNING IT???

Pre-2008 this is OK This is NOT how the Fed is functioning right now You didn't talk about the 2 key rates they are using: IOER (IORR) and ON RRP offering rate Alan Greenspan is the last head of the Fed to function as your video describes
