Why does investment play a role in this, I was taught that increase in money supply means lower interest rates, so the demand for money in pocket goes up leading the demand to increase

One point that I would add in the flow in chain reaction after increasing money supply is the cost of investment decreases due to fall in interest rate, and the investment expenditure increases which leads to rise in AD Great video! Very clear explanation and demonstration! A new subbie here!!

This is explained by the investment demand curve The higher the interest rates, the less companies want to invest Companies need to borrow money to invest, and if interest rates are high only investments returning the highest rate of return will get funded As the interest rate lowers, more investments become profitable which means they get funded, which increases aggregate investment

AD is increased by increasing in Investment, that's cool, but, wouldn't Investment as for buying more capital would also increase the AS, which would leave the price level unchanged!!?
