Hi I have question At the beginning we have interest rate at level r0 Let's assume that there will be positive demand shock in Economy which will lead to higher prices, higher income and higher interest rate (r1) In this situation we can use contractionary monetary policy, it will lead to initial price level, initial income level, BUT TO EVEN HIGHER interest rate r2 In my opinion it will cause another shift to the left in agregate demand curve in AD-AS model Is it correct way of thinking?
