You think that is excessive? They run a monstrosity of a gas station, 100 pumps, tons of merch, tons of items to order I manage a small station and it isn't easy to do When everything runs smoothly, its not bad, but a bad inventory, employees quitting, trying to hire people, making sure all of your vendors are getting paid and tons of other responsibilities I believe it They probably have to have 10 years experience just to get the job

The manger is making 28$ per hour, and around $58594 dollars per day Unless its by contract with they would have to work all week,8 hours for a year to make $225,000, not including taxes Since rent here in canada BC is 2k the average and 1k if you have crazy luck not enough hours given to pay it off to get ahead Might as well be called a pseudo/legal slave at this point

I bring home $500 a week as an electrician and I'm thinking of quitting to do any but electrical work People don't want to work because they get paid low wages I can barely afford food and a roof over my head When I say something about my wages, I get gaslighted and they find any excuse to not give me a raise I've been making these wages for two years It sucks and it's demoralizing
