How can we be 100 sure the seller provides reliable P&L and monthly statements? I am looking at a ''too good to be true'' deal, always the same reasons, I live away and cannot be hands on, I made this ton of profits when I was on site etc He purchased it only 8 months ago! Isn't fishy? Would you suggest to hire a business attorney or accountant to verify the #'s? Thanks for your video and answer in advance!
