All this ads I wish you guys do not believe that I couldn’t understand What does it mean believe yourself ? they want to stuck on gas station To be as a slave only why you have to check the tank How old is if you have a leak they think he’s cost you a lot of money I talking about it they think when the Truck fill up the whole gas, plus your Revenue from the gallons just only some pennies, plus if you lucky you got some Location, they have a lot of grocery so another Some pennies is coming your bucket That’s why the lady on the ads she has mini station if she stuck for someone the other one it helped I wish you understand it would be stuck in for nothing wasting money and time and if you try to sell back it’s very hard Good luck to you

Owner should consider not having that constant ding-dong door announcer going constantly That's not good for customers or employees Those things can be programmed now so that, for instance, they would only chime if the door had not been opened for so many minutes

Been in the petroleum industry for most of my life and owned and have owned with partners many gas stations and truck stopsbrbr$37,000,000 in Revenue with 8 locations is $46 million per location in Gross Revenue per year It sounds like a lot of money but the fact is that the cost of goods are high, the profit margin is thin and some of our larger locations bring in $12 million to $16 million per locations and the profits are not what you would think they arebrbrAnd while millions of dollars in revenue sounds like a lot of money, keep in mind that even a low level gas station doing only 100,000 gallons of sales per month or approx 3,000 gallons per day at $350 a gallon is generating over $4 million per year in Revenue Depending on the profit margin in your location it doesn't amount to much The profit in the C-Store is better than the fuel but once again, what is the majority of your C-Store sales? If you have a high sale C-Store and we have had some that did close to $500,000 per month which is a very high number for a C-Store and only possible because close to 90 of the sales were tobacco sales which are very low in profit marginsbrbrWhile we have done well over the years and supported our families in the petroleum industry, please don't be mislead to believe that these high revenue numbers are a slam dunk and translate to a very high net profit and remember the expenses are extremely high and increasing constantlybrbrAlso the Branded vs Unbranded comment this woman made makes it seem that branded is better than unbranded We have owned mostly branded locations and all gasoline comes from a refinery that serves the area and all gasoline is regulated so it is the same more or less If you have a branded location and unbranded facility opens up across the street or close by and they have a nice facility and beat on on the street price, I assure you they will sell more fuel than your branded location We have witnessed this for decades and actually unbranded 2 of our locations 10 years ago and reduced the street price due to our lower purchase price and both locations picked up substantial gallonage sales People shop the price, not the brand!brbrIf you wish to enter this industry, please check and recheck the numbers and make sure know exactly what you are getting into
