I totally agree that God will allow people to not fill the void and will separate a person for Himself as He has done with me My sister, with whom I lived for 52 of 54 years, died in March, and I have been alone since No job, no car, minimum company, and connections The perfect time to get to know Him, right? Yet daily, I seek Him and hear very little Very seldom do I hear Him conversate with me and experience His tangible love, peace, and comfort This caused serious trust issues, which have developed as I live daily in fear that I don't leave when I cast it out

In 2022, I felt broken and alone after my mother passed I reached out to God and He helped me! Jesus poured out His peace, and His peace is different from the world’s peace As I grew closer to Him and got into the word, He convicted me on the need to fellowship with other believers (as it says in Hebrews 10:25) I chose to follow Him He soon led me to Bible study channel called “We Are Jesus Doers” They have a multitude of Bible studies, homework, and fellowship every week

When my father was alive he would often write letters to me He always signed them at the end, "Remember, you are Never alone" Now that I have been abandoned by someone I loved, my father's words have great meaning for me It is such a comfort to know that we creatures, whom God has made so we could love him and he could love us, means so much to me during these sad times of grief

My birth father killed my birth mother They were both followers of Christ This happened when I was 17… it was so confusing to me I was so angry for so long… my Mom trusted God with her whole being She was a beautiful example I spent a lot of years in darkness, distracting myself from the pain Making friends to ease my loneliness… but these weren't friends in Christ, so of course they left Misery loves its company, I have found my way back to God… I'm truly healing I'm 30 years old now and its been so hard, but God and the memory of my mother brought me back The church always remembers my mother praying for us All her prayers have saved me ❤
