I had x2 of the NVX 15s in a sealed Qlogic armored box 4 cu feet i know blah blah ported is louder but i like sealed, these subs weren't the best on lows probably being in a sealed box yeah yeah lol but omg they hit so hard and so clean for sure a SQ sub and being a JL fanboy these really are the poor mans' JL i put them on a Punch 1k bd rated at 17k watts pop on some Kendrick Lamar Humble and these flexed the windows in my Jeep the bass was so fast and precise it was like i was bumping a set of 10's and 15's it was bass that hurt lol like someone punching you in the back of the neck NVX is a brand i will buy again it will accurately and loudly play all types of music these are just amazing subwoofers! Now if you want decent SQ but mostly SPL get any of those other dirty ground and pounder brands he's showing basically just noise!!! lol kidding the Skar audio i have a pair of their 600 watt rms subs and their SQ and how they hit the lows is suprising but still you need to experience NVX if you want the full spectrum a truly musical speaker that does it all with perfection at all volumes and all music generes Comment from : @TrollMasterFlex69

Remember, FS really isn’t a spec that can tell you for certain a sub will be able to have solid output down low QT is a way better indicator for that! Higher the number the lower the sub will go A cars acoustics/transfer function also plays a significant role in this as well Most importantly, in order for a sub to get down and dirty low, gotta be sealed!
