When I got my 100 the va said they made an error I was supposed to be 100 the year before The Va gave me p&t without filling for it Chapter 35 and 38 So they admitted they made a mistake so they can never take it away Right

Does the 10 year death benefit for the spouse for someone who is 100 T and P start on the start date of the P and T? Another words if I am back payed and my start date for P and T is 3 Nov 2023 but I didn't get approved until Dec 2024 does the 10 years start from 2023 or 2024?

If you have had a medical condition for over 30 years and you are now service connected for that condition can the 10 year requirement be overlooked since it has existed for over 10 year requirement even though you are just now service connected?

Are we still getting screwed on a mileage You know are instead of road miles plus the $6 deduction per filing? In an hour and many other areas public transportation doesn't go outside the major cities Veterans have to maintain a vehicle reliable for the interstate plus pay for the gas and maintenance just to get to the VA The way they have been computing it it isn't even worth filing This is just plain wrong

When you get 100 P&T you can go after your Social Security disability SSA will likely turn you down the first time but keep fighting you will get it Florida veterans need to contact the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs for the long list of benefits the state provides

In Oklahoma, 100 P&T We got $0 property taxes, tax exemption card for shopping, tags, hunting-fishing lifetime, national parks lifetime, etc At some casinos, you can park up close with DV plate Look into SSDI if you're 100 P&T

One Million Dollar Question for you Can a Vet Rated at 100 P&T with SMC L1/2 with Aid & Attendance still work from home on the phone selling life insurance, granted conditions fluctuate from day to day but can a Veteran work under this rating (Part Time) under these circumstances without loosing his current pay status?brbrbrAs stated there is no way I can work efficiently on a regular basis but writing a few policies a month considered gameful employment?brbrbrWere can I find the VA rules on this specific circumstance Thank You

Dont forget that as a 100 disabled veteran, you will recieve a lot of benefits that allow you to resume service benefits normally afforded for those who are either active or retired This includes a CAC card, with full access to the Commissary and Exchange, as well ticketing services

To all my fellow vets, if you want to get your claim done and benefits installled fast i suggest go check into the domiciliary program at the nearest VA Do the work while your in the program and chances are you will be connected with a rating when u leave I did it in 50 days
