Every time I walk into the VA, the thought that the VA served Illegal migrants for the past 4 year's and not solely those who Risked Life and Limb, and for the VA to put Illegal migrants above all those who Served In Harm's Way is an Outrage I'll never forget itbrA Congressional hearing exposed the expenditure of 183 Billion dollars for illegal migrants and 3 Billion for Veterans That's friggin Outrageous

I could use your help to navigate getting to 100 After fighting since 2001 I finally received an increase from 20 to 50 granted today for my knees and tinnitus I also received a 0 rating for one of the knee conditions but was denied the anxiety claim I will be filing an appeal because the bad knees is what caused the anxiety! Do you offer one on one assistance?

Took me years to get mine I was a paratrooper and jumped from airplanes My journey to 100 started in 2017 after my third spinal fusion in the cervical spine Took me 5 years to get a rating for the rest of my spine My VA PCP finally agreed to get me an MRI for my thorasic and lumbar spine That is when they saw the damage I have more than just my spine, but getting the lumbar and thorasic rated is what pushed me up to 100 P&T with no future exams scheduled

Great video, I have a question regarding my ratings: I was rated 100 PDRL for DOD and 100 for the va… medboarded and finaling out next week I have received my proposed rating letter months ago but I don’t have my final award letter I am going crazy trying to figure out if it’s p&t or what the likelihood of it being p&t would be Do permanent DOD ratings at 100 usually coincide with a permanent VA rating at 100? Or are they unlikely to correlate ? I heard it could take months to receive my final award letter and the uncertainty is driving me insane

My overall combined rating is 80 I have 5 rated disabilities With those I applied for IU and was granted P&T no further exams My disabilities got so bad since being discharged I could not maintain employment I had to use independent council to acquire the decision because I have been trying since 1986, and was awarded in 2017 If you get the stone wall from the VA there are people who know these laws and fight on your behalf Thanks for your video

I'm an Accredited VSO in SWFL and this video confused me and I understand how VA Math formula works In short Vets, VA does not stack individual compensation for disabilities Any Vet with 20 different SC disabilities at 10 each does not qualify for 200 disability because the pinnacle of VA "SC" disability is 100, therefore VA uses a formula for overall rating!

I was recently awarded 100 schedular, but not P&T I have been told I can ask for P&T status by filing a new claim but given my age, I'm not sure if I should do that I'm 59 y/o and I've learned that the VA is less likely to reduce benefits for veterans of advanced age (over 50 rule) As future examinations are usually scheduled five years from the decision date, how will age play a role given that I'll be approximately 65 y/o when the future examination is requested?
