You don’t need all those LLC’s and bank accounts LLC’s are useless if you’re the sole owner, it won’t protect your assets in court Also just tell your bookkeeper to open separate accounts for each property in his books 📚

So its LLC for each apartment complex and it’s bank account also, each house that it’s individually LLC Houses that are not individually LLC also have bank accounts If you have a hundred houses you have 100 bank accounts? That’s some real bookkeeper😅
