We have a house rule to stop jail camping, you role 3 times in 1 move to try and get out of jail If you get a double, you get out of jail and move that many spaces, if you don't get a double, you get out of jail, but stay in just visiting, that way you can't sit in jail forever

It isn't good to be in jail early as you are missing out on buying property (and you generally have lots of money to get out) But later in the game once it is wallet draining to land most places stay in jail!

That's actually a good strategybrIn late game, you and your opponent will have properties with houses or even hotels, so by staying in jail, you don't risk losing your money meanwhile others can end up paying a lot for rent, and if it comes to it, sell houses or mortgage properties
