Swimmer should be encouraged to exhale through the nose instead of the mouth from the very beginning It is good to learn how to exhale both ways but ultimately the nose is used for exhaling while under water and mouth is used for inhaling above the water

I’ve been trying to learn for 5 years I have taken lessons I just simply suck at swimming Maybe I’m a “sinker” maybe I’m an idiot but I leave every swim lesson crying and sobbing because I can’t grasp the concept of how to swim All I can do is doggy paddle but everyone makes fun of me for it

I’m 13 and I’ve been made fun of constantly by my friends in a senior school that I can’t swim, so I decided to make a change Got a swim card for my local pool and now I go there 3 times a week This video has helped me so much in my progress I can swim halfway across a 13 Metre depth pool when I’m only 5’3 so I’m really proud of myself Thank you 🙏
