Really you’re gonna follow her advice? never, ever give extra money to the principal of a home loan or any major loan for that matter, maybe you should take those extra 300 or $310 a month and invest them in a mutual fund that is averaging 12 you accumulate more cash and you can pay off the house in 15 - 18 years and if you ever decide not to pay off the loan, you have cash on hand and you have your equity in the home… I don’t know, I’m just saying… Comment from : @jeg4624 |
