They did that so that the PMs Tax could be implemented on all gold and silver sold Before this BS we didn’t have to pay tax when buying from individual sellers only the bullion dealers

Is it perhaps because the items on the list are scams, fakes or illegal to ship interstate? On the adult stuff, and wine they can't control them from getting into kids hands? At least with APMEX they know their buyers will get good stuff Just a little devil's advocate

And ebay wonders why it struggles at times, "Here lets give away another HUGE chunk of the market because that make perfect sense for a struggling company in an already competitive business!"
