I was always hard to motivate but a friend of mine was impossible to motivate I'm 60 and I still have a fixed mind set which can hold me back The problem is that I always take feedback as personal criticism and when this happens I can lose motivation for weeks Also I've always done the minimum I can get away witheg I only ever aimed to passed an exam but never bothered to try to get an 'A' or 'Distinction'
