I can attest to the effectiveness of this practice From doing so, I can tell you that intuition informs us how to effectively utilize your knowledge to perform at the highest level One must work to attain the knowledge and understanding and find the ability to utilize and listen to intuition in real time Though I didn't know it was an established pipeline, rather just figured it out through trial and error Brains are amazing

I would like to point out the difference between learning something like information vs learning a sport/body movement, for example, constant drilling in a sport like tennis wouldn't result in the same level of skill acquisition as playing against an actual opponent on the other hand constantly "drilling"brwords and speech patterns can get you a long way in language learning

I have this problem though, I didn't like to study and whenever I do, I don't, just kidding, I always forgot what I studied after a day, it's more likely just an hour knowledge and I don't know what to do on the lessons, but when I did the problems myself, I'm shocked that I can solved it, like I don't remember how to do algebra at all right now and my subject is physics, I always feel left out, but when I did some reviews, it will just flood in one go and I can do it again
