I’m trying this now My question is, when I take margin from E*Trade, it shows a negative amount of cash for that full amount So all of my dividend income pays that down That’s fine, but how can I work it out so some of the money goes toward paying that back and I get to keep some to pay my bills?

The issue with those kinds of stocks/ETFs is that they go down in value even over a long period, and once we have a correction, they go down even more due to the high expense ratio I would be cautious and monitor it closely

Hey brother, great video Thanks for sharing, just keep in mind leverage works both ways It increases the gains as your funds/stocks gain in volume But also it increases losses as funds/stocks crash Be versatile and be ready if the market takes any shifts

Watched the same videos as you I qualified for 116k in margin but only used 81k of it on SVOL, KBWD , FEPI, THTA and MDST all the yields are locked in at 10-16 with my margin interest at 655 Hope your journey pays off as well!

I have AMZY with $65k in margin I also took out a heloc to jump start If you look at AMZY it's all up The 3 month trailing average is $0,87c I should have the heloc paid back in 6-8 monthsbrWith $160k total account I make around $5,000 a month in dividends

Good ideaI use this too and watch todd But the biggest thing I noticed is your not indexed and you don't have put options on to insure your account in a crash I highly recommend watching more of his content to learn how to use this safely As it stands having 500 shares of ulty, ymax, etc When the market crashes you will suffer a margin call because of the volitility and no insurance Learning to ensure your porfolio is worth it
