Average gas station makes about 20-30 cents profit per gallon if you have 6-12 pumps at your gas station and you have a busy location, THIS IS PROFITABLE!! FACT! Gas is not the lost leader to get you into the store The store is wear the money is but there is definitely profit to be made from gas!! I own 14 gas/convenient stores locations! I know what I'm talking about He IS however dead on about the other revenue sources BUT gas is also revenue!! If your not making money on gas your pricing is off and you don't know how to price correctly for your market Its the least profitable out of the revenue sources BUT remember you run a GAS station and its important to serve that customers needs with gas first! A well lit, well stocked and clean store will make you a ton of revenue at much higher profits BUT it's still very important! Has this guy even started his own business? he is preaching about this and sharing Harrys story but has he done anything???? Good god people, find a good mentor and learn from people who DO!!! ( Not youtubers)

My family has been in the business of gas stations and liquor stores The idea that you have behind operating a gas station is very different from reality just doing research and online “numbers” aren’t really what you make from a gas station You need to actually own and operate one before you spread info like this because these businesses you describe are not as easy as you think otherwise everyone would be a millionaire I own multiple gas stations (arco) and I can speak from experience which is the main thing Your information is very misleading and can lead people watching this to lose all there investment
