im a 19 (basically 20) year old college student i dont spend much on clothes, or hair or cosmetics but maan i can spend $$ on food like everydays my last i calculated my spending last month and it was 330 in fast food/eating out!! but i noticed i only spent about 50 for groceries and the meals i made lasted me so long with much produce and other ingredients left over!! when i go back to uni after break, my goal is to only doordash twice a month MAX!!

This is my second time coming back to your video I was so confident I’d change the first time I watched your video and I did for about a month, I got stressed and went back to the same nasty habit of over spending monthly on fast food 😞 it’s so discouraging I just don’t want to cook everyday, be a wife, and a mom of two, in school full time and work full time I’m tired but I think I’m more tired of watching how much my triggers and lack of accountability is causing me to waste money 😢 Plus it doesn’t help that every social media acct I’m on shows someone doing a mukbang or eating something I feel I need to try 😩

Actually, the thing is I'm a good cook, in fact, i really love the food i cook But the thing is i have insomnia, depression and ocd which makes cooking tiring to me! I use ChatGPT to plan meals and even to get a grocery list Maximum I spend on groceries and restaurants together is no more than $300 My restaurant figure is high right because I’m going on dates Otherwise it would be less than $200 a month which includes household items like bleach, shampoo, toilet paper, etc

I do intermediate fasting I do great for morning time I don't eat intill 1pm And I drink green juice and a sizeable breakfast At lunch I'm trying to eat chicken salad So for in 2 weeks I eat 7/15 days salad instead of other food But my main weakness is after work I like getting fast food 😩 literally if I did not get fast food I would have lost like 15 pounds by now
