God man I remember my mom would be telling me I thought I was playing that unreleased game from Genki for The Fast and The Furious :( It looked so dope, I think the only close thing I found at the time was the arcade game for itbrWould always be replaying that trailer on the 2Fast2Furious DVD, I'd kill for that to release properly or have some kind of leak for what was built

The funniest part is that the drifting techniques tuttorial is highly detailed and true to real life, but the application in game is completly inconsistent and random

Only one thing I hate besides the physics is the lack of movie cars you can unlock Some of them like Sean’s Evo or the Mustang is locked under “Multiplayer” which has been shut down since 2014

Ah yes I love this gamebrbrAbsolutely janky and frustrating, but it has so much heart, car customization to this day is on another level, seeing so many real aftermarket brands and real parts was a bdream/b for me, and one that I sadly think we're never going to see it again

Just going through the oppenent description alone, in turn discovering JDM Insiders, Grip Video and GT NET as media partners picked out by Toshi ( one of the Technical advisor of FnF: Tokyo Drift, current Liberty Walk CEO, he was working under APEXi Engineering during that time) is worth your time emulating this game

4:25 Certain parts also work better in combination other mods on your car brbrLike if you install an exhaust on a stock car, it'll not give you a significant hp increase but if you install that same exhaust with like a Level 4 Turbo, you'll get a major horsepower boost from the exhaust

Ok I'm gonna be honest I tried this game because of these type of videos and after 3 togue races I gave up And it's not like the highway racing is good either, it's just that with highways the jank is less noticeable

The physics are terrible but the modification is 🔥🔥🔥the fact that they use real kits and spoilers from real tuners which are catered differently for each cars are thousand times better than NFS of its era

Absolutely hated this game Rough graphics, filled with frame rate drops and hideous loading times on top of a mediocre game really let me down It's a good idea, it just doesn't workbrHandling is just bad I like the developer though Total Drivin' and Le Mans on PS1 were good games

Probably the only "good" Fast and Furious game and definitely better than Crossroad or any other F&F game afterwards It such a shame this game had so much potential but too bad it was made by Eutechnyx who always making a racing/driving game with bad physics and also infamously known for the guy who made Ride To Hell: Retribution 1

At least this game impressed me and I do love F&F But later years however, the other later games are kinda bad enough With the controversial 2013 F&F game that got labelled as an NFS The Run ripoff and the 2020 game entirely pissed off the F&F fans or etc, this game at least are being an almost true F&F game, but still taking some elements from TXR and Street Racing Syndicate And another thing is I am going to try this game out some day bcuz I don't mind planning on playing too much live service racing games for now

Despite the janks and feeling of cheapness (it's Eutechnyx so it's expected), I love this game with all of my heart ❤brbr1 The customization MOGGED everything sans modern NFS, but that mostly comes down to the UI designbr2 It combines BOTH TXR and TXR:Drift, even with the goofy ahh depiction of Shuto Express br3 Banger soundtrack (Hime is 🔥🔥)br4 As you mentioned, unicorn cars: Evo X and LF-A concepts ftw br5 It's fun to see one of the last remnants of F&F franchise before it turned into Riddick prequels
