I love this channel! The problem with the 30 stat is, that it includes food left in the field (ugly food, deformed fruit, too small for retailers etc) and the stuff supermarkets trow out Supermarkets overstock eg salad, b/c most people wont buy the single last head of lettuce thinking it is worse than the 20 heads before it It’s like solving clime crisis with shorter showers while a CEO flies a private jet

You can also save money on meat but still eat plenty of it if you own cattle, chickens, sheep, turkeys, whatever floats your farmin boat! 😋 mushrooms have lots of protien too if youre a city dweller

Meat costs less per calorie actually, which is what matters Nobody can fill up on lettuce I ate the "carnivore" diet (only meat and eggs) for months to help with autoimmune issues, and my grocery bill actually went down because I was full on dietary fat and wasn't snacking on stuff all the time
