I've been an LPN for about a year and a half now(currently going through the RN bridge program) I'm in a pretty unique role on a Med surg floor for an LPN My starting offer was equal to or just higher than your average new grad RN To all new nurses out there, don't ever underestimate your value and never under sell yourself!
