I'm not comfortable buying American gold coins because their gold content isn't 100 gold Something like 917 if I recall correctly If it HAS to be a national monetary gold coin, maybe something from Canada, Australia or South Africa would be a lot better Otherwise you can but gold rounds or gold bars in various sizes A sheet of gold rounds say with 20, 30, 49 or 50 may be best In an emergency you can take off 1 or more as you need to use, at a time That way you're not trying to get change back for a 1/10th ounce or heavier coin Comment from : @ricparks7441 |
