My mother-in-law, who was from Eastern Europe, taught my daughter how to walk before she was a toddler using the same method, namely, with a scarf pulled under and behind the shoulders brbrIt was amazing to watch Never had seen something like that in my life brbrOur daughter was walking within a couple days, if not one day (been so long I've forgotten exact time span, but it was very short) brbrNever thought to apply the towel/sheet method with learning to ride a bicycle Brilliant brbrThank you !

Who remembers that magical first moment when the bike stayed upright while you pedaled? brbrWhen i was a kid i remember chasing my older brothers Trying to ride like them I remember falling down Over and over in the grass Running and gliding and pedaling and tipping and falling What seemed like days was only a couple tries over 1 day I was sailing suddenly Not falling over I remember thinking wow this is tough but didn't think to give up

It worked!!! In less than an hour he was riding!! Training wheels for almost 3 years and refused to ride without them!! My high anxiety boy finally did it, thanks to the bedsheet method!!! I guess every child is ready at their own pace but yes, it definitely gives them a feeling of safety Thank you soooo much for posting this!!!! My son said, “it’s the happiest day of my life!” 😁

Huge thank you This worked for my 5 year old We had been breaking our backs holding the bike for weeks and tried this She was riding confidently turning stopping and starting in 3 days practicing maybe 45 minutes each day So useful to get them to learn how to turn Thank you!

Awesome! You should monetize this video because EVERYONE should see this! I have two autistic boys who are calmed by "deep pressure" When teaching a fine motor skill we often apply deep pressure during the exercise/lesson to help alleviate the stress of being introduced to something new Your method applies deep pressure while keeping the rider safe AND allowing for gross motor movement You, sir, are a GENIUS!

I just wanted to say thank you I have been trying to teach my daughter to ride her back for a couple weeks now We had the training wheels on for a while and when we took them off oh boy (lol) Using your sheet technique I swear to God within the first 5 minutes i could tell she was getting it and 5 minutes after that she was on her own You are a genius I am telling all of my friends with kids about you

it worked!!I have a 1 and a half year old and he now can go up and down the street without the use of any training wheels Of course I did have to whip him everytime he cried for food, but who cares7 straight weekshe can ride a bike!!!! Im from Korea
