I think I made a mistake getting a dog a few years ago She brings a lot of joy but also a lot of stress There are days I feel regret getting her but the thought of giving her up fills me with guilt and shame and we do have a bond so I would probably miss her a lot What it must feel like for parents of children that cause high stress I can only imagine A dog, like your own child, you don't abandon and cut your losses onI've gotta do some serious slow thinking on how to make it work
