I have low self confidence and often self-sabotage myself, speaking poorly and myself The reason for that is I know I'm more qualified than a lot of the people who are hired for positions I've applied for I've been passed over so many times for so long that I can't help but Wonder if perhaps I'm not as qualified as I think or that I don't have the social qualities that people are looking for I'm honestly at a loss at what to do because I'm not sure how I can improve my situation but I have not already trying
