one rental at a time but you were making 400k a year Most people trying to get in don't make this much so it could be hard to relate to noobies but 4 rentals can be done with one 4 unit so even if your income isn't like Michael's you can still cat a 35 down on a 4-plex and just ride it out and live in one and move after the first year Not bad at all Comment from : @MendandMake
