If you’re making $15,000 from 10 rental properties gross you are not making $15,000 a month you’ve got to pay property tax you’ve gotta pay insurance you’ve got to pay for maintenance brSo a $15,000 gross income from rental properties is actually probably only 7500 a month or less and if you have a mortgage, you’re probably just breaking even every month because you got to put money away for repairs Comment from : @austinharrison8430 |
