In my opinion, house prices will continue down as people leave the state and prices correct due to market pressure The problem with Florida is the property taxes increased based on the boom and the cost or inability to obtain homeowners insurance Florida's in for a rough 5 years imo

If you’re making $15,000 from 10 rental properties gross you are not making $15,000 a month you’ve got to pay property tax you’ve gotta pay insurance you’ve got to pay for maintenance brSo a $15,000 gross income from rental properties is actually probably only 7500 a month or less and if you have a mortgage, you’re probably just breaking even every month because you got to put money away for repairs
