So if you’re a 77 year old Vietnam veteran at 80 unemployability is not an option, it’s either P&T or the hard way, all my disabilities add up to 120 to reach 80, still will be filing for depression and hypertension soon, and the way I see it I’ll need those two to add up to 80 to get me a combined rating of 96 which rounds to 100, am I correct ?

Under the PACT Act ,, I got 100 right away just by serving in Vietnam in 1972 - 75 and exposure to agent Orange And getting the DEATH Sentence ……… Cancer Lol !! — ( DLBCL triple hit stage 4 with Cachexia, Ascites and lymphedema ) years later Doctors ,, two years ago ,, gave me two weeks but ,, here I am … still kicking But with this type of cancer, it can quickly turn around and bite you in the ass for good Keeping my fingers crossed

Could you consider an answer to this I was a 20 year (plus) retirement from the US Army in 1994 I applied for a VA rating and compensation in 1994 for 3 service connected aliments, and was approved for 2 The one disapproved was type2 diabetes I initally didn't appeal After 13 years I left my job and was awarded Social Security disabilty ( which encluded type2 diabetes) I reached out to the VA to get an increase in my ratings & compensation They redponded by keeping my original 40 rating and refusing to consider the diabetes The VA stated they would not consider rating for diabetes unless I produced compelling evidence I did and my rating wad increased overall to 80 when they awarded me 40 for diabetes After this increase given in 2009, I applied for 100 TDIU and was granted it My question is since my type2 diabetes was evident while I was on active duty and I was given a VA rating does this new rating of 100 TDIU have 20 years ? brI am I at the 20year mark for VA not to reduce my monetary compensation?

More this is another deep state BS Say if you had 50😊 for sinusitis and after the CP you are rated at 0 You may lose the 100 The recording tells you that So be careful

Question I have recently been service connected for hypertension and I also have Mild Cognitive Impairement I have applied to get my memory issues service connected secondary to hypertension br brMy understanding is we JUST have to prove that there is at least a 50/50 or greater chance that hypertension has damaged my memory We DON'T have to say it is the ONLY factor or even the main factor, just that it is A factor that has resulted in my diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairement br brDo I understand VA requirements correctly?

I AM a VA 100 Rated Veteran ( US Navy 1984-88) suffering from PTSD I am rated as " Static" according to my rating letter and I was rated ( It's my ONLY Rating) that took me 7 years to get to 100 Anyway, what really burns my Butt ( Keeping it clean) is this, The FRESHMAN Politican makes around 190,00000 Grand a Year to do NOTHING ( And thats not counting other compensation such as Allotments that are at the politicans " Discretion " say nothing of the Various " Grifts" said Politican has going at any given time) Thats just what they make on the Books, Meanwhile the 100 or ANY Disabled VETERAN really does not make nearly that much, AND has to BEG these " Politicans" for the crumbs they do recieve ( Compared to the Politicans) AND The ONLY way you become a " Disabled Veteran" is to become " Disabled" while DEFENDING your Country! These Politicans get paid no matter if they are a seated member of Congress or not!

Several years before I retired (in 2014), I made sure to start having every little medical issue, no matter how insignificant, documented And, I made appointments to be seen for issues that I had been seen for in the past, but not in several years (sinus problems, headaches, skin condition, neck pain, etc…) That way, it was refreshed in my medical records In some cases, I was given referrals…and I went to those appointments and made sure to follow-up with my PMC I was rated 100 from the get go…received the rating about 6 months after my retirement date

My higher level is "done" It went back down a level They didn't use the information from either of my C & P exams 😅 Sometimes you just have to laugh about it because getting stressed isn't worth it
