Thanks, having gone through a load of training, choosing a strategy for me has been difficult I want to do a flip before I move abroad at the end of the year but everyting is taking so long, ie raising the initial finance By the time I get it, I may run out of time I might have to go for a BTL or two for now Trying to leverage finance aaginst my home has been harder than I thought

That initial whiteboard video of yours was really eye-opening for me, loved it! I'd spent my 20's not getting into debt or anything, but just spending whatever I made I was living in the south of France at the time but I was interested in property back in the UK, and your whiteboard video was one of a few that gave me the spark to start planning for it properly, and after working like an absolute psycho since the end of 2020 i'm now back in England, sitting on (nearly) my target of £50,000 to buy property And just waiting now for interest rates to affect prices a bit more before I dip my toe into it
