Sorry but this is just sales investing hype! This guy chose to ignore other costs which narrow or remove the difference completely These are; Legal and Letting agent costs of 4 Letting agreements instead of 1; Letting agent commission on 4 letting instead of 1; Insurance costs of 4 properties instead of 1; Wear and tear costs of furniture and decoration on 4 properties instead of 1 4 times as much work doing any managing of these properties…… The list goes on! This doesnt take into account months without rent If you bought a new property you may take 1 month or 2 renovating the property or when 1 lease ends and you didnt find another renter for 1 month or 2 etc Comment from : @chiragshetty4608 |
