3 down in this high interest and high home prices, you cannot even compete in this market even if you get the house, the amount of interest you will pay will make you losing moneybrplus tax and insurance will be hard to manage and stressful

there's no such thing as too big of down payment just pay it off, as soon as you can and all the people worried about that arbitrage between 5 mortgage and 8at the market can go make their few hundred bucks over 30 years and i'll have 0 debt investing thousands in the market every month
