When you are a good father and want to spend as much time with your child as possible but the mother of your child knows that and tries to withhold your child from you by breaking all plans not letting you see your child theres no other way but to get a court order in place for parenting time and the common response by that kind of mother is to request child support which is the father putting himself on child support but it is absolutely necessary if you care about spending real quality time with your child

My ex wife is trying to have me pay 300 for medical support when her insurance covers our kid and 4 others that I’m not responsible for She’s playing stupid because I explained to her that I pay just our daughter’s portion and she tells me that it’s one flat rate no matter how many people are covered I looked it up and under Texas Family Code 154181(e) ( if I’m not mistaken) says when the custodial parent has insurance coverage for multiple kids and the non custodial parent isnt responsible for all kids , they have to divide the amount of the insurance by how many covered and I pay the portion I’m responsible for If it’s 300 dollars and she has 3 kids covered it’s 100 each, if I’m responsible for one child so it’ll be 100 I have 30 more months, almost done

Well some of this is inaccurate depending on your Statein NY if you see your child 30, 40, 50 60 of the time it means nothing If the verbage in custody court says "Joint Legal Custody" you pay the full amount, no exceptions
